Yeah, that was pretty good, he's got a funny voice. Except when that dinosaur (what a cop out, couldn't be arsed to draw people any more?) was punching him in the shin, he managed to get a black eye and a nosebleed, even though there was no way the dinosaur could have got up there. Apart from that is was good.

Well, it was looking good, everything looked kinda professional through the loading screen, and the DVD style scene selection menu that is all the rage right now. And then the animation startd, the subtitle things were well drawn, and I like the way they shook so I knew where to look when a new sentence came up. Then the music kicked in, and shortly after I realised you had ripped this from Final Fantasy 7. Which was disappointing. And then I couldn't believe my eyes when it faded into a stickman! A STICKMAN? How could you dress a stickman animation up so well? I fucking hate stickmen.

Very nice sketches man, but a little colour and maybe a little more animation would go down a treat. And I'm sure everyone is saying this, but it's a little short...

DoomGirlMeg responds:

Yeah, the next one will be longer. We finished this in one night. The B&W is a stylistic choice, make the blood stand out more, but certain things will be in color, and we've decided to do the final episode completely in color.

I pretty sure when I was at school, there were no assignments in science requiring that I put a couple of hours work into an animation, when the actual idea behind the animation could be summed up in a sentence or two, and a couple of diagrams. I'm sure there is an increase in 'oh, I did this for a school project and thought you might like it...' sort of animations. Leaving that aside, this was well drawn and animated, and it did a fairly good job of explaining what it had to explain. It was quite dull, but other than that well done.

Good effort, you made me laugh. I liked the bit with the chips. I'd have to say this is the most bizarre matrix parody I have ever seen. I think you should have kept the McD vs KFC thing consistent though, the appearances of spongebob etc. were a bit too random. The only other thing I would say is that although the Matrix isn't based on a book, the the idea behind the matrix world comes from ancient philosophy, I can't remeber who, but someone wrote something like 'shadowlands' like hundreds of years ago. Basically the idea of the matrix is based on this.

That was really good, very nicely drawn, the animation was a little to quick in places. The sound was good, although the canned laughter wan't quite right - I dunno, there was something about it, it just didn't quite fit. It was actually fcking amazing compared to other 'my first flash' that I have seen. I think your future animations should be a lot longer, and have some sort of plot line.

That was good, the soundtrack fitted in really well. COuld have done with a bit of a plot, but you captured the feeling of action really well. Also, those pink men with no arms looked a bit phallic and didn't really fight back at all. Good though, nice graphics.

Really good drawing and animation, could do with a plot though. And the puss in boots sketch was a direct rip-off from shrek 2, which was a bit disappointing. Still really good though...

That was pretty good, a little dull in places, but good anyway. The only thing that really annoyed me was there is a tiny white dot that appears on every vice city screenshot. About 1 second after the screenshot appears, the white dot appears a little to the right hand side of the center of the screen, and then dissappears after about half a second.

Make more! Make more! Make more! Make a movie! Make more!

Bred from the reproductive cells of several species of wombat, and brought up by Keith Chegwin until the age of 12, when I was given a collection of Keith Chegwin themed cotton flannels and told that I had to fend for myself.
